you’d still progress faster on bench by training bench and weighted dips and other accessories for the bench, compared to just training dips

Gigacope. The average guy can’t get anything close to Austin’s bench from doing only calisthenics. Austin benched that because he’s a genetically gifted, ACTN3-maxed, fast-twitch Tyrone.

I would not call this calisthenics. You need special equipment, so I don't see how this is any different than using a gym bench press.

I can barely 1 rep 3 and half plates idk how many people would be repping them. Certainly no nattys that's for sure.

For real though, I knew a big black guy named Chris, he was 6'4 and weighed a solid 260 pounds. He bench pressed 500 pounds and did a seated overhead press with 315 pounds. I believe he was natty.

Im vietnamese and very very very fast twitch dominant. Im not full Kinh vietnmaese i am half native viet from this native tribe called "cham" which my dad is super masculine/ primitve looking and buff/strong and scary asf.

i can bench 140kg first time 1 rep max when i entered a gym and im 171cm barefoot 70kg and turning 17 in 2 month's.

my deadlift was 220kg first time i entered i played all sports and was good at every sport and my most compliments i get is how fast and spiderman reflexe's i have.

Menas don’t have higher T or dht than blacks

Menas have high grip strengh. Whites poly and blacks have equal levels though.

East Asians are the ones racking up trophies in Olympics not Arabs and that’s even including the fact that Arabs are rich asf.

My 18 year old self got mogged by @Bonesbonesbonesbone the Gook and I was 5’11 93kg and could only bench 95KG for 3 reps when I first stepped in the gym how do I fucking cope being mogged by a Gook. And make no mistake I’m a big guy I always had far more muscle mass than the avg man even untrained.

i was thinking about going pro since my PE teacher said i have huge potential to go PRO if i had the discipline to go and work out and shit since he knows im a lazy person in general.

You should be able to spar with me on a somewhat equal footing at 18 easily due to your psycho genes. Infact your shoulders were bigger than mine

You prob also suffer from the extreme Myoststin difficency gene I have it and also a bone density gene that makes my bones much heavier than avg

Yup good pickup to know i have natural primitive brain chemicals making me so focused and killer minded when im in the zone (fight) but yes i believe i do because im siginifcantly more jacked then guys around me who are natty trained and my bone density is high asf too lol the other week i stepped on a milk cartoon and the whole thing broke and foot got stuck in it from my immense weight.

im quick too my 100m sprint time is 12.49 seconds

also yk ur a freak of nature when ur sparring 185cm tall guys and their constantly backing up when ur toying with them doing floyd mayweather stance

ive legit TKOed these guy's so easy also when ur walking by and someone accidently bumps into u but they are deflected and ur staying still its good to know not to mess with dat person (me)
