BAC water reconstitute dosing for reta

so my reta dosing is 2mg and i usually reconstitute it 1 ml of bac water but i want to increase my dose to 2,5 mg

should i reconstitute it with 2 ml of BAC water to inject 50 units of my needle to make it easier?
