A doctor who only tries to fix the bite with no regard for the aesthetic outcome. They usually give less movement, no CCW and in worst case scenario even just set the mandible back when both jaws are recessed

You really don't get how it works.

It doesn't matter which surgeon you pick, they're going to give you the same result, but if you lack the bones, they can't just create them, so you can't go from being extremely recessed to having a huge jaw, they can only make you ascend from ugly to normie.

That's why it's bad to envy guys who are born better looking, because even if you had the money for all the surgeries you wanted to do and access to the best surgeons, you would never become more than a normie in the face if you started as ugly.
