BADACNE'S GUIDE ON HOW TO DEBLOAT

Im sick and tired of people who keep saying “how do I debloat?” and then expect everybody to tell them over and over what to do. It pisses me off sooo much.

I have debloated multiple times and it’s very easy.

Quick reminder, if you are fat, debloating will do almost nothing. Debloating is mainly for lean people who are holding extra water or look puffy.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

What is bloat?

Bloat is basically when your body is holding extra water or when your stomach is full of gas / food. For facial debloating, we are mainly talking about water retention.

Okay now I will list out each method to use.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

1. Stop eating high salt / sodium foods

This is probably the biggest cause of water retention. Sodium makes your body hold onto more water, especially if you randomly eat way more than you normally do.

Look at nutrition labels and stop eating super high sodium foods all day. You do NOT need to completely remove sodium though. Your body still needs it.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

2. Get a lot of potassium

Potassium helps balance sodium and helps regulate fluid in your body.

Eat stuff like bananas, potatoes, coconut water, avocado, etc.

I normally just focus on getting a lot of potassium-rich foods when trying to debloat.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

3. Water

Water is hella important.

Being dehydrated can actually make you look more puffy because your body is trying to regulate fluid.

Just drink a good amount throughout the day.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

4. Exercising

Exercise helps a ton.

Walking, cardio, lifting, literally anything that gets you moving can help with circulation, digestion, and water retention.

Even just going on a long walk can help.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

5. Sweating

Going in the sauna for a quick session can temporarily make you look less watery because you are losing water through sweat.

Obviously don’t dehydrate yourself though.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

6. Natural diuretics

Stuff like coffee, tea, and dandelion can make you pee more and temporarily reduce some water retention.

Do NOT start taking strong diuretics or random pills just to debloat. That can mess up your electrolytes.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

7. Sleep

Get good sleep.

Bad sleep can make your face look way more puffy, especially around your eyes.

I would also recommend slightly elevating your head and sleeping on your back if you always wake up with a bloated face.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

8. Gua sha

Gua sha isn’t cope, but people misunderstand what it does.

It does NOT reshape your bones or change your jaw structure.

What it can do is temporarily help move some fluid around your face, especially if you are puffy in the morning.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Basically debloating is simple

Less crazy sodium, more potassium foods, drink water, exercise, sleep well, and stop eating like shit.

Also remember debloating does NOT remove fat. If your face is puffy from water, this can help. If your face is just high body fat, you need to lose fat.

Hope you guys enjoy this guide.

I swear to God if I see another guy say “how do I debloat” imma lose it.

Take actual pharmaceutical diuretics and do cardio

bro. You dont need pharmaceutical diuretics. Just pottasium max
Or take eplerenone to selectively piss out excess sodium and retain potassium, if that's the case?

50 mg eplerenone every day is unlikely to cause hyperkalemia in a healthy adult

Do you even know anything about the RAAS?

Eating high-potassium foods ≠ debloating

Are you seriously putting potatoes as a food to debloat? A carb-rich food will increase your glycogen storage; glycogen binds to water, and water weight goes up as a result

This thread is shit, nigger copied off a TikTok slideshow

You’re mixing up glycogen water with facial puffiness.

Yes, carbs store water with glycogen. That doesn’t mean eating potatoes automatically makes your face more bloated.

And recommending 50mg eplerenone for cosmetic debloating is way more questionable than telling people to eat potassium rich foods. It’s a prescription potassium sparing diuretic with a real hyperkalemia risk.

You’re correcting one oversimplification with another. Why would you risk your health when you can just do it natural?

eplerenone and hctz mogs this
I mean duh prescription drugs are gonna do a better job. Its just too hard to get on it, and not worth the side effects

js buy it from someone who doesnt need a perscription easy and theres literally no sides besides peeing more and looking leaner nothing ever happens

Lowkey, I’ll look into it. Thank you, brah. I mainly made this thread because I heard a whole bunch of high schoolers asking how to debloat and I don’t think adding in prescription grade drugs is the best solution for them.

So now you're changing the definition of bloating to facial puffiness, cool

The smart thing to do before considering taking eplerenone is to take a blood test for your potassium and creatinine levels, which is relatively inexpensive. If it is within normal levels, then there is no risk in taking a low dose. Test again within a week, then again at 1 month. Then every 3-6 months afterwards if it is stable.

There is little to no hyperkalemia risk below 50 mg eplerenone every day; you might only start to get hyperkalemic symptoms if you take 100 mg for a prolonged period of time, assuming you have full kidney function, which you should as a normal, healthy person

The only thing you should avoid on eplerenone is a high-potassium diet, which is easy to do in the modern diet. Other than that, there is little to no risk.

indiamart, retard

Nevermind bro. You win. I get your point. Thank you for explaining. What would you like me to change?

Pharma diuretic and forget

All the other shit is extremely tedious to do consistently on a daily basis

Not a bad guide though for people who are scared of drugs (for whatever reason)
