I've read a lot about bananas, and I like them a lot, they are very effective at giving you "fill" sensation.
But I am a bit lost about their effects in face bloat/leanness. Some sites encourage consumption of bananas to get a leaner face because of their very high potassium content, while other sites warn you about them being high carb (and carbs are known to be face bloaters). So what the fuck do I do? Eat them, not eat them? Because I read both polar opposites about bananas. What do I take seriously? Sites that warn about their high carb face bloating content? Or sites that always include them in lists to get slimmer face and to get rid of water retention? Whenever I read about water retention or facial slimming, bananas are ALWAYS in the "to do" list, along with drinking lots of water and avoiding salt and shit. Whenever I read about avoiding carbs, bananas are ALWAYS in the "do not do this" list. There is no in between when it comes from advice on internet pages.
wth do I do
