he started off skinny fat which is easily the worst position to be for aesthetic purposes
he’s on record saying that he doesn’t like to work out but he was seen doing push ups and cardio
now he’s absolutely shreddded with very low amounts of contractile tissue. getting this lean with a lot of muscle tissue is already difficult enough but the fact that he leanmaxxed to this degree from being at his previous skinny fat position makes it all the more commendable
and the results? they speak for themself (he’s in his prime atm)
