Certain NMDA inhibitors including memantine block the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor which is not optimal for brain function at all, even the more common agmatine has a low affinity slightly blocking them but it is probably nothing significant and ketamine can do it too pretty significantly but it is probably no harm when used infrequently due to its short half life and long lasting effects not requiring frequent use, last night I tried taking DXM as an NMDA inhibitor and sigma 1 agonist, I’ve gotten high off of it before and took 300mg so I got some 60mg pills of DXM hbr and now I feel super fucking weird and can make my jaw shake rapidly as if I’m on high dose DXM or MDMA and my pupils are fucking huge.
Just be careful and do extensive research
