Don't eat too much. You main nutrition should come from meat.

Raw meat = more water soluble nutrients and amino acids
Cooked meat = easier to digest proteins and more palatable

Main good source for nutrients then is rare or medium rare beef/steak. Lamb shoulder is good alternative if you don't like meat.

Raw eggs = safer than raw meat and have high nutrients in yolf and amino acids
Cooked eggs = destroyed amino acids but more bioavailable protein now

@asdvek thoughts on this?

agree but how protein is more digestable if its cooked if 50% of protein gets destroyed in cooking? Depends on the meat too i can eat raw fish all day very palatable raw red meat only once a day

Proteins don't get "destroyed" under most conditions. Just denatured, meaning they change shape slightly.

Not only affected by temperature but also pH of medium etc.

They just happen to be more bio available in their cooked form. Amino acids are however, denatured beyond bioavailability when cooking AFAIK.

Cook if you are not sure with your source, the difference is not noticeable. Most of your amino acids should come from meat.
