$650 in one year is quite low. Bums in Los Angeles can make about $200 a day collecting bottles.

Got a pension? How are you handicapped? How's your mobility?

Nevermind. Here's what you do. Go down to Equador or Costa Rica. Get a job at a call center. Everything's dirt cheap down there and with your English ability you'll be able to make a lot more than the average local. With a pension and call center money you'll be able to put away a lot more than you would in USA (assuming that's where you're from). Just don't blow all your money on hookers.

Retired

$3200 a month but I have to pay on my ex wifes alimony. ($950 pet month )

You're retired, so I'm guessing you're 65+? Why even care about doing these surgeries then? The point in doing these surgeries is to do them as early as possible in life to take full advantage of the attractiveness or general health benefits. Doing them at 65+ seems like a waste unless you'll literally die without them. But even then the chance for complications is far greater as your body just isn't as capable to heal from the surgeries as someone who might have been 32. Like I try not to be defeatist but I really don't understand why you'd bother with this so late in life.

Also $950 alimony? Add that to the list of "reasons to never get married".
