Seems good but im kind of new to the gym and got a couple of questions, why only indirect work for glutes and why 19 sets if its highly responsive to training? why so many sets of front delts compared to side delts? could be wrong but i thought front delts had a higher ratio of type 2 muscle fibers, also which exercises can you recommend me to train hip flexors if i don't want to target the quads?
