Best and cheapest material for jaw, cheekbone, chin, ramus implants?

I’ve been thinking abt it for a long time. Best material? Recovery time? Good results? Hmuch would it cost? Best doctor around Iraq?

I wouldnt cheap out when it comes to the material cause it would create more costs later on if it goes wrong. I advise you to stay away from silicone cause it often erodes bone and many surgeonsalready stopped using it but PEEK and Titanium are the best so if youw ant something cheap maybe Medpor cause its similar to Peek but less tested and is much harder to remove than Peek if you get an infectrion which can happen with any implant material though if you are unlucky

Im not that ugly but definitely will do surgery if I have to. And yeah I had peek in my mind but wanted to assure myself. Im gonna save up some money just incase
