Best approach to getting a tall lower third

In a BTOB guide I was reading it said a tall lower third can someone mask a low ESR. What would be the best approach in getting a tall lower third? (Through surgical approaches obviously).

Grow a goatee or get fillers into your chin

Yeah, a genioplasty is what makes the lower third taller. A normal genio moves the chin forward, but a vertical genio moves it downward, which literally adds height to the lower third.
