Yea when they already have good zygos that bulge out its a bit easier. And also having no lips before. But it doesnt nearly compare to this level of change.

If this was a quadrangular lefort, why aren't they more common? some of the most crazy results I have ever seen are always those kind of high cuts that are higher than LF1 but much lower than LF2/LF3. Yes people will say they are more risky but is it really that much more risk? for such a good results that it provides on subhumans.

This malocclusion is most definitely caused by developmental issues. Still, developing as a subhuman may have done him a huge favor in that with this surgery, he surpassed the phenotypical flat asian maxilla

quadrangular is very rare and risky. you are prob referring to high cut le fort 1. high cut is sometimes the NORM for many famous surgeons on this forum.

Definitely a track worth exploring if you want to stay in Australia for your surgery. A consultation (preferably in-person) would answer many of your questions, including :

Honestly, it's hard for me to say ... maybe a genio could achieve something similar, or maybe you would need a chin implant to get the right amount of downward projection.
