I've heard of a lot of different methods and I was wondering which one works the best

Most people say it's cope. I don't really have an opinion on it myself.

You can still experiment.

If you're hardstuck on wanting to do it:



Not to mention that for dimorphism in your face, prolonged use of androgens such as testosterone can help.

Thanks dude you're the goat, I've been doing it how clav showed decently consistent for a few months and ive seen some improvements. Could also just be swelling/ losing face fat

doesnt do shit except swell your tissue for a few hours which makes the bone look bigger but wont make permanent changes

I have a theory that the fact that Clav ran test throughout puberty also had a massive effect on the results of his bonesmashing, so don't expect the same results if you're not runnin anything

Could also just be swelling/ losing face fat

If you want to do it i'd recommend following something similar to what fletchzilla on tt does. Basically use a massage gun with the end taken off so the tip is smaller and have it very minimally hit the area you want, could also use a oil or piece of plastic over the skin to further discourage soft tissue damage.

The actual mechanism of how bonesmashing could work lies in hematoma ossification, which is why you'd want a constant, low pressure force over an extended time.

Could you give more insight into this like how long do you do it for etc

Basically pull the round end of a massage gun off so you're left with the smaller attachment point and have that just barely hitting against the area you want, it should be hitting the bone but not enough to significantly move the massage gun. You'd probably want to do it for at least like 10-15m for each area. The biggest driver of this method (if it even works) is consistency; you want the affected area to bruise/swell and consistently perform the bonesmashing enough to maintain the swelling until it could ossify, likely 1 month+
