Actively working out (13 167, dont know my weight)

As low as possible so that you can get some carbs before training and also meet daily protein goal, so you could eat below 1k calories if you got the discipline. But considering that you are 13 you should be in a small deficit while eating more nutritious food and working out instead
500-800 calorie deficit
