the middle number is carbs or fats?40/40/20 macro split tends to work. I'd amend it to 30/60/10 or even 20/70/10 since protein is prohibitively expensive compared to carbs and fats, and carbs give you far more bang for your buck regarding athletic performance and muscle growth than fats.
