Best excersises for a bigger bideltoid/frame

any shoulder and lat exercises will give that illusion of a biggger frame but you should just train everything. if you really want to prioritize those then do them at the start of the workout
 
Train upper chest,delts,lats and traps
 
Shoulder Press
 
oh my fucking god just lift
a "bideltoid exercise" means a fucking shoulder exeecise
