None, you are either blessed with the frame and you are a skinnyfag, or you are born with subhuman frame and should stay skinny due to that. You will know by measuring your frame, theres threads for that.

i have around 17,5 inches bidelt and im 6'0 at 15, is that good?

I never did much shoulder isolation, I just focused on overhead presses, I do them very strict and heavy with moderate volume, twice a week.

I have several compounding hormonal disorders that I need to take meds for so nothing about my body is natural since naturally I'd fucking die from some hormonal catastrophe.

ive heard about the reeves deadlift but havent looked into it, probably useless but maybe it could actually do smth

ye but that guy got very unlucky with bidelt genes. most guys will have at the very least 16inch bidelt , maybe 17inch bidelt since it stops growing at 25 , point is unless u got <14in bidelt , training delts will massively help
