Last week I tried to make Chinese food, but burnt my hand with hot oil and burnt the duck that I was trying to cook. I'm done pursuing Chinese food.
See, if it was the 1950s, my wife that I would have would have done this for me so when I come back from 19 hours of... packing screws into a box, I wouldn't have to. That's today's brutal thought.
