I been bulking since december 2024, and i went from 42kg 5’3 to 60kg 5’8. Kinda hit a plateau the past 3 months, still getting taller and slight strength increases but js not putting weight on. I eat a lot of red meat eggs chicken milk ect. But i think i need some new high calorie foods. Preferably not slop but ill take any tips. 16 going on 17 btw.
