Are there any more niche foods out there preferably high in protein and rich in nutrients which help support natural testosterone production? Currently I eat a balanced diet which contains zero additive sugar with foods like, sweet potatoes, ground turkey, skinless boneless chicken breast, 90/10 lean beef, rice cakes (so ideal), egg whites, whole eggs, and finally a selection of vegetables and plants. If any of these foods could be impacting my natural testosterone production negatively,
