Last month I accompained this guy to get an eye surgery in my town. He underwent:

• orbital decompression
• canthoplasty
• fat graft in orbital rims and upper hooding

He should have done canthoplasty alone for the lower eyelid shape.

His initial eyes were already deep enough. Now his eyes are too deep set. He does not show the profile, but now his eyes look old and dead as fuck. I bet, if you ask some women, which eyes they like more, they will all say the version "before" was better than "after".

Though he had one of the eyes more forward than the other: could use decompression only for that, to improve the symmetry.

And it is SUPER obvious, IMO. Spoilt his eyes. Looks dead now.

No point in discussing this, because we need his profile. IMO in this case, same failo. But unlike the bernardini patient, this guy indeed needed SOME decompression: he had more bulging eyes than the first dude. But he did it too much, and again made his eyes too deep set.
