the oculoplasty surgeon is Bernardini. Unfortunately the doctor removed the video that featured the before after of my friend.

I respect his choice since the suffered some mental health problems regarding the acceptance of his looks and he wants exit from all blackpill communities.

Sounds like cope. If he had truly ascended, the positive feedback loop and IRL validation from girls would make him narcy if anything. The only people that shudder and want to “move on” are people who have to put their minds elsewhere in order to cope with never becoming attractive.

You have a point, Tinderhacker. If he had received posivtive feedbacks after undergoing so many surgeries in the last year, then he would have probably gone narcy. however I do not know this guy so intimately so I cannot tell you about him so precisely.
For sure he had mental health problems and he does not want to think about plastic surgery anymore. This is why I do not have before/after-s of him.

Personally I have met a dozen "lookists" from my country. Some of them have not undergone a surgery yet, some of them actually "ascended" in the dating market by doing just one or two surgeries that removed one bad failo. Finally, some of them underwent a big amount of surgery but they are not still fully happy with the feedbacks in the dating market.
