I totally agree with you as regards male gaze.
I know the guy who got the surgery in real life, the following is the description of his case:

1. protunding eyes
2. with negative canthal tilt
3. under eye hollowness
4. slightly upper eyelid exposure (no hooding)

Indeed, orbital decompression, canthoplasty and orbital rim fat graft were beneficial to fix his flaws and it was worth the cost.

However his UEE was slight so the upper eyelid fat graft was a requested of him to appeal to male gaze more

His eyes would have been "hunter" even without decompression. He literally only needed lower eyelid work for hunter eyes (to make his almond-shaped).

Now he has HYPER-hunter eyes, which sit at the fucking base of his skull, making him look old as fuck. Shit decision. But mostly he just wasted 17k.

Also, wtf is wrong with Bernardini: wasn't he supposed to warn his patient about the patient's autistic desire? I feel like he just wanted that sweet cash from the guy... for setting his eyes into his brain..

In my opinion, based on a single picture, dude looks no better. I can't judge orbital decompression by itself because that's not all he got. What the eyes look like in themselves is irrelevant and whether they more closely resemble some contrived ideal is irrelevant. All that matters is the total impact of the face. Maybe if he fixes other stuff the new eyes will harmonize in a way that the old eyes wouldn't have. I'm not trying to shit on the dude. I hope he becomes Chad.

this guy did hair transplant in 2021. He was planning to do bimax, but he was convinced by a female cosmetic surgeon to prioritize a rhinoplasty. Unfortunately the outcome of the rhino was bad as regards nose tip and nostrils, therefore he publicly regretted to have been in a hurry for rhino.
On first December this guy underwent oculoplasty with Bernardini right in my town, and in February he will do bimax with Ramieri.
I saw him in real life and I admit his eyes were protunding before the surgery
