Best shampoo and conditioner for thin hair?

What's the best shampoo and conditioner to use for thin slav/asian hair? Every time I wash my hair it becomes flat and dry as shit for the whole day.

you can use a conditioner, but make sure that it's water soluble

do it until a month then revaluate
