Back sleeping has been proven to be the best sleep position for proper growth and facial development.

Native americans put their children into cradle boards which made them grow with perfect posture and prevented mouth breathing and gave them perfect forward growth/jaws. Get cradleboards for your kids or atleast make sure they sleep on their back.

stomach sleeping is the worst position. it even increases wrinkles due to the face being pressed against a hot surface with no airflow. Im a stomach sleeper lol.

But back sleeping gravity will make maxilla more recessed. Sleep face down

I sleep on my back but in a soft bed instead of hard one no preference reason it was affordable so thats why. Anyway I think I am going to make a post about beds as growing up I had terrible back inflamation and I think it was due to sleeping on a bonnell coil spring bed, now I sleep on a pocket spring one and I do not have lower back pain at all, also desk chair is important to, it needs to recline slightly so you can get into a good position. Now I only have upper back stiffness due to trying to get into correct posture position.

you should sleep on your back with your neck supported on its natural curve in line with the rest of your body. should help prevent snoring. Get to pillowmaxxing

Scripture doesn't advocate for a specific sleeping position as far as I know. What's most important is that you have prayed to God and Jesus Christ to ease your anxiety and are relaxed:

“When you lie down, you will not be afraid, when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet.” - Proverbs 3:24

“Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.” - Peter 5:7
