skinny build
moderate clavicles, not ideal at all

Anyone know an optimal or good enough workout and split that can give me a more model like build?
Not looking for anything anime body like, and i think full body split is best, no?
Can go gym any day of the week, am free 95% of the time

More insight would be greatly appreciated niggas

FBEOD meaning, full body every other day right? which is like 3.5 times a week if im not wrong

if you don't feel like hitting FBEOD (which is probably most optimal split) you could probably just hit anterior /posterior 2-3 times per week. very enjoyable. basically PPL but legs is distributed between push and pull.

depends on how many exercises your doing. if your doing around 8-12 exercises per session yeah thats reasonable. upwards of 12+ keep most of your exercises at one set.

personally what i do is i keep every muscle at 1 set and muscles that i want to bias (such as the lats, upper back, tricep, shoulders, etc) illdo 2 sets of the same exercise or 1 set of two different variations.

i see, thats smart, and by bias u mean just making sure they look bigger i guess to get a more aesthetic body? cz hitting every muscle the same amount i feel like would look a bit uncanny

yeah pretty much. the general muscles to bias are lats + shoulder but there is obviously variation in what secondary muscles to bias in people. like my posture is really shit so i pretty much avoid doing most anterior work or put less effort into it.

upper lower has the enjoyable/optimal ratio , starts your workout with shoulders (the 3 heads) then chest and lats , ideal with a 2x frequency at least but if you're going for 3x 2set per exercise is mandatory (always to failure or rir 0) be cautious not to lose the leanness
