I just want to know what to do if i want to reach my full potential I would say im mmtn right now and want to reach hhtn. If you need any pics to know what would work for me just ask.

Hard mewing, proper sleeping posture while laying on your back. Get 8-12 hours of good quality sleep per day. Minimize mental and physical stress. Get a girlfriend for oxytocin, dopamine and serotonin. Socialize with friend and family and avoid being always alone in your room. Proper hygiene. Drink lots of milk and eat raw meat (rare steak is also fine). Avoid Goyslop, porn, watching dopamine content and doing drugs (can also include alcohol and weed). Invest in vitamin d supplements and just in general try to get all of your nutrients.

So you recommend not drinking alcohol to a 15 year old, but you also recommend them fucking up their endocrine system at 15 years old? :feelskek:
