Eat clean and enough for your needs so you won't get fat or stunt growth.

Depends on ur diet, hopefully nothing but if ur diet sucks take everything. The ones I like are vitamin d (for bone mass/strength +more), zinc (for energy, skin, and sperm), and creatinbe monohydrate (sick pump and more endurance+ brain function).
