ok so i had this theory idk if its dumb or not

so from what i get, when u bring ur jaw forward the lateral pterygoids tense up and pull it forward, and the back fibres of the temporalis relax and stretch to let it go. the front fibres of the temporalis and the masseters stay kinda active the whole time coz theyre what keeps ur mouth closed while the jaw slides. and when the jaw goes back its the opposite, back temporalis tightens and the pterygoids let go

so what if u train the pterygoids (pushing jaw forward against ur fingers n holding it) and botox the temporalis so the back fibres are weaker and cant pull back as much. shouldnt the jaw end up sitting more forward then??thats basically how hunched shoulders work, weak back = shoulders go forward, train back = they go back. so theoretically this should work for the jaw too.

usage of aas, as espected would help with the the strengthening of the pterygoids

this is just a theory, let me know yall's thoughts

lowkey this seems like a great theory PM me

temporal botox sounds like a shit idea, plus its easy to grow ur mandible anyway so this seems like uneeded risk

i mean botox is pretty safe, if u fuck up also it would wear off eventually
could u elaborate on why you feel temporal botox specifically is a shit idea?

plus wdym its easy to grow ur mandible
growing bones is the most difficult thing ever

yea ur right im idk what im talking abt when t comes to botox, maybe its not a bad idea.
i do know what im talking about when it comes to bones tho, the mandible is very responsive to load and hormones, furthermore making it the easiest to grow in the grand scheme of bones.

i see
maybe the mandible is easy to grow but doesnt make a theory like this obsolete
anyway combining multiple pathways to a desired goal is always better
