I‘m too autistic and too fat of a fuck to stay in calorie deficit. I‘m at 15-16% bf rn and tryna go to 10-12%. Any ideas ? Non injectables

If we talk non injectables and nothing amphetamine or recreational drug based like ADHd stimulants DMAA etc, which are anyway hard to get for someone with 0 connections

What there is on the table is:

- Coffee or any form of caffeine like energy drinks or caffeine pills (400mg to 800mg a day)
It kills my appetite but sleep quality might suffer and harder to fall asleep but u can get used to that

-Nicotine in form of cigarettes, vape, gum, or pouches

Basics would be:
- High Protein High Volume Diet
- Sleep reduces Hunger
- Walking reduces Hunger by exercise induced caloric deficit...
Drink a lot of coffee (esp cold brew) or pop ADHD stimulants

Coffee fucks your collagen i dont know anything about adhd stimulants
damn thats whyyy my collagen is cookeed ( i drink 5-7 cups of coffe a day ) if i stop would my collagen go back to normal?

If you accept the increased risk of dying prematurely, what works for me and basically makes me go a whole day without eating:
Stimulants like 2/3/4-MMC. Dehydrate you and make you urinate frequently (& cravings to take more). So get in enough electrolytes. Effervescent magnesium tablets help with hydrating. Dissolve a tablet and just shove it down like you would take a shot of wodka. Dilates your pupils and give you coke eyes, so in a work setting be careful taking it if you have blue eyes, a trained eye will be able to catch you.
Sugar free energy drinks/coffee.
Smoking.
