So I’ve been getting feedback that my weight is a problem and that I need jaw surgery. I recently found out that jaw surgery isn’t going to happen for a long time so I’m trying to do what I can and I’m working on going caloric deficit for at least a month or two. I’m already a week into it and went from 186 to 177 lbs which must have been water weight loss. My stats right now are 6 foot and 177 and eating 1400-1600 calories a day while lifting and doing body weight exercises at home, gyms are shut down where I’m at. Any advice on what more I can do to lose fat, what I should do when I go back to trying to gain muscle, would be great.
