INTRODUCTION
Ik I have made several threads that have annoyed many users here so today I would like to introduce u a debloat method that actually works (without the need to go through surgery)
BUT FIRST, letβs learn the different things that may cause bloating:
β Overeating
Eating large meals can stretch your stomach and make you feel bloated.
β Eating Too Fast
Swallowing air while eating quickly can lead to gas buildup.
β Gas producing food
Foods like beans, lentils, broccoli, cabbage, onions, and carbonated drinks can cause bloating in some people.
β Food Intolerances
Lactose (dairy), gluten, or other food sensitivities can lead to gas, cramps, and bloating.
NOW THE MONENT EVERYONE WAITED, the debloated method. The goal here is to support digestion, reduce excess gas, and avoid triggers.
HOW TO FIX BLOATING NATURALLY
(10 tips)
1. Slow Down While Eating
Eat slowly and chew thoroughly.
Avoid talking while chewing (reduces swallowed air).
