Best ways to get upward swing of mandible ?

I'm serious blud
I keep on seeing my gonial angle , it makes me depressed .

She's a woman yes, but I don't give a flying fuck nor notice her gonial angles. The area with the biggest influence is at the chin.

if you were to have a visible notch in the posterior. My posterior mandible has a weird tendency where it has a decent gonial angle until it has a drop of mid way in the mandible. Ik nerves are bundedled in the mandible and i'm curious if there are bone born ways to solve my deformity
i have something similar but ig thats just downgrowth innit

120 is good isn’t it? Allows for more chin height.

Did she get a full bimax or just a lower jaw surgery?

advancement isn't my issue i have the full growth but it's the vertical component that causes the issues. My skull is a complete oxymoron. It's fairly wide posteriorly for maxilla and mandible, but in the front it all goes to shit. thanks i've been digging for the solution for months on end.
do you think you have a displaced sphenoid bone? and when you say forehead is a falio for you, are you referring to your frontal bone?

Can't chin wing give the appearance of a change in ramus length and gonial angle? For instance:

Also "wing osteotomy":

no it's my hairline. it's too high up. My forehead and slope is fine, I also noticed my brow bone is growing more and more as of late. I'm not sure though about the sphenoid bone, even if it is, there isn't much you can do for it.

Is bimax the only way to get an upward swing of the mandible ? My gonial angle is about 120° , just so you know that I don't sound like an autist but gonial angle does matter a lot , ideal is 110°
@russiancel @VenatorLuparius @forevermirin
bone smashed my TMJ

I think O'prys gonial is 120 too iirc, isolating a single variable like this won't yield anything good probably
holistic analysis mogs, your angle is in the normal range
