I have these black rubber thingies i chew on. What could i do better? I need to improve my jaw

depends from face to face yea. personally i got somewhat inward gonions and a short ramus so chewing exercises would benefit someone like me a lot. getting lean does pronounce the striations of the muscle more but mostly only while clenching or biting. either way normies don’t know wtf they’re looking at they just see a more pronounced jaw.massetee is usually not your problem it will also become more pronounced with facial leaness and mastic gum is good

People on steroids see improvements fast, I am training my masseter for like 2 years, altough I have been inconsistent like 3 momths on, 6 off, very incosistent as I got sick, etc and my masseters grew only a tiny bit! Like my pump size is huge, but they grow slowlywont work, you need to train your masseter for years to see improvement from what ive heard

Hypertrophy in masseters is totally possible, but it's very slow in my case! I can PM u some photos of what a huge pump I get(indicator of future growth), they are like triple size after a session of mastic+falim gum while as with regular food they never work hard enough! There was a tik tok guy themaultz or smth, he managed to hypertrophy his masseters a lot(he said he chewed like 2hours daily, but I can't do that as I will risk TMJ and I had that like 3-4years ago)You can’t really train your masseter muscles as they’re a really small muscle that maxes out in terms of motor unit recruitment from basic things like chewing your food. Thats the reason why @CalulArgintiu59 hasnt made any progress.

If u get a pump, it means u gave some sort of stimulus to the muscle!The muscle can be pumped but having a pump doesn’t correlate to growth at all. It’s a common misconception actually.
U can't possibly train masseters otherwise than chewing jfl and I am chewing mastic+falim gum+adding new pieces weekly! I just do 1h 3days a week and rest of the days just like 5minutes to pump it a bit! Progressive overload can be done and again the guy I am talking about discussed about his masseter training multiple times and he had good results!Even if it were possible to train your masseter muscles, chewing gum wouldn’t really be that way to do it. It’s like walking more to get bigger legs, you want to overload on that movement, not increase the volume. Also roiding will grow your masseters quite a bit.
