Best workouts for Full Body Split

Previously, I had made a post talking about the gym split I was on which was ant/post, but I got feedback saying that FB/Full-body was a better split overall. I know need to know how I would start this split like frequency,reps,what workouts, and how to target my upper body by starting with it.

You can get away doing a FB 2 days a week though it doesn’t hurt going for 3 if you can handle it.


If your newer in the gym start off with 2-3x12. If your more experienced 2x5-9 reps when you can standardize your form.

Hit 1 exercise per muscle group as anymore is redundant and you don’t want to be in the gym for 3 hours.

You want to focus on lats, shoulders and chest first for aesthetics. 1 lat pulldown, full ROM shoulder press and pecdec/flat press.
