beta carotene carotenosis

How can I prevent to get carotenosis (yellow face and hands) from beta carotene?

I am currently taking 50k I.U. per day because I am very pale

Tan normally. Beta carotene won't cure pallor, you'll just look like a jaundiced alcoholic

Don't bother with it, makes you look like u have illness go for either tanning beds or melanotan 2 ive had good success with both

I've used it before. It works but you still need UV radiation and existing moles will become much more prominent. It also darkens hair in some people
