Is 30000 ius of beta carotene enough for a decent tan or do I need to take anaxathin or lypocene as well

stack them all but its barely noticeable ngl unless you stick with it for a while, id just resort to self tanning combined with bb cream or mt2

It’s gonna affect your undertones and not create a true tan. The effects are subtle but definitely beneficial. I’d recommend you try all 3 for the best possible undertones but keep in mind it will take around 2 months for noticeable results
