Beta carotene

Has anyone here had good effects from beta carotene, my skin seemed better when using it but my hands got very yellow so I stopped. If anyone has got any advice I'd be happy to hear.

I've only had bad effects from beta carotene, my skin seemed better when using it but I became a beta male. Due to beta carotene, I became an active reddit user, had a habit of kneeling to every woman I see, drinking 2 liters of soy milk every hour, and watching at least one Marvel movie a day. I recommend using alpha carotene instead.
