Hey guys so recently i lost 60lbs and have been gaining muscle steadily. I llok pretty good now bur im about 15% bf. My jaw is pretty square but not quite hollow yet. Will losing 15% bf make my cheeks hollow? It apears my jaw is pretty wide and my cheakbones are some prominent.

Yes there is a huge difference, but only when you have muscle mass, if you are a beginner, your body is not going to look very different, but your face will be very lean, back when I was only 138 lbs at 6 foot 4, I was so skinny that I had hollow cheeks.

The problem with being at 10% is that you cannot gain muscle effectively at that body fat percentage because you will get recovery issues, however, when the goal is just to maintain a muscular physique or you don't want to get bigger, then you can cut, but you shouldn't do it before that point, unless you want to stay skinny forever. Being afraid of gaining fat is the biggest mistake I have ever made when trying to gain muscle and it stopped my progress completely.

Most people can't estimate body fat percentage, watch this video:
