Biggest rhinoplasty result changes?

I've been scrolling through a lot of rhinoplasty before and afters on google and a lot of them seem nonsensical and almost having done nothing. Can rhinoplasty even change a very very wide nose? Anyone have good examples and images of rhinoplasty results of a nose with a really wide bridge getting a decent bit thinner through it? Its basically the main surgery I need lol
