You think the average .org 14 year old on here knows what is ideal?

You literally made a thread yourself about that topic wondering why you are treated so subhuman meanwhile most retards on here rate you higher than you are.

Bud thinks he has a PSL-gazed face :feelskek::feelskek:

@normie_joe @chadisbeingmade @Magnum Opus
i mean he's a manlet. i have this normie friend at the same height and he isn't even in these spaces and he wants a height surgery.

it's truly over for his height tbh. needs limb lengthening if he genuinely wants to do well in dating

Nice improvement but you have the typical sliding regular genio look where you can tell there is a sharp séparation between chin and mandibular body

You were a mini chin wing case as your mandible was narrow and retrusive. Nowadays surgeon don't like chin wing as it is more invasive and prefer genio for comfort reason. But chin wing look more balanced, masculine and natural
what if your chin is wide and projected normally, but your gonions are narrow? are there any osteotomies that resolve this (not bimax ramus widening)? originally was just planning on jaw angle implants to resolve this

3 weeks Post OP

I said I would get bimax and post no matter how good/shit the result was, so here it is.

Tried to keep angle, lighting consistent as I can.

Movements were lefort 1 5mm, bsso 10mm (8 or 9 on one side, I had asymmetrical lower jaw movements), and a 4mm genio.

I had a bit of CCW.

SNA: 76 -> 85.5
SNB: 72 -> 83

I'm still omega swollen, the side doesn't do justice for how my chipmunky my cheeks look from the front.

There's a lot of shit I want to talk about and the limits of this surgery.

It would take a ton of time to write a comprehensive guide, so I want to see if there's people that want to read it. If everyone would rather read threads on BBC smv to whores from Birmingham on offtopic, I'm not going to bother.

Noteworthy things:

There were as much vertical changes as horizontal, my lower third height looks more proportional.

In certain lighting, I have hollows as the surgery(esp. the bsso) stretched my skin. It almost looks like I'm cheeksucking when I'm not.

The pain I would describe as a more "bludgeoning" type of pain on the sides of my jaw. There's lots of pressure, which is supposedly muscular, so Advil has helped. It's not the post wisdom tooth removal pain where it's sharp and stingy.

I highly recommend getting your wisdom teeth out on a separate day prior to surgery, because dealing with both would be fucking awful.

Morphs are fucking useless, because soft tissue will not contour perfectly like you'd hope. For an example, my chin doesn't have that nice "s" shape.

Mentally it's fucking rough as you are constantly alternating between it looks good to it looks like shit. I suggest finding something to keep your brain occupied that is not the mirror or your phone camera.

The bimax was more or less what's expected from a bimax, but I can't subdue that shitty voice in the back of my head(that's getting louder and louder) whispering, "You spent 4 years of your life rotting away for this?"

Here's the fucking truth guys: I did not have that epiphany as I'd hoped. There's no rays of light or angel hymns. It's just "oh I guess that's that."

I'm fucking behind on school doing a piece of shit computering science degree, and by the time I'll get my first real job, I'll be in my late 20s. No bimax for missing life goals.

"He still has no degree, no job, lives with his parents, has zero college social experience but his jaws look normal, so he's perfect Becky."

I think it turned out good but i cant really see much maxillary advancement. Did you get it done on the NHS or was it private? If it was NHS id love to hear more
