BiMAX by insurance

I have asymmetrical lower jaw and my upper jaw is slightly tilted aswell. I also have clicking in my jaw condyle and my jaw locks up sometimes. Are those reasonable enough Problems for getting Bimax.

Please help if u have experience with jaw surgery

to be covered by insurance, you need proof that it impacts daily life, say speech problems, trouble chewing/eating, breathing problems, sleep apnea problems, and that it can't be fixed with braces or invisalign and rubber bands alone. also depends on who your insurance is, some are more lenient than others, but likely surgeon will also only give you enough mm to have full functionality, not always aesthetic improvement. PROOF, as in doctor can validate it through testing
