Tomorrow I will have a consult with a local maxfac surgeon who apparently does a lot of implants including infra orbital rims.
I'm obviously recessed and need Bimax, but should I ask for certain things like CCW? My chin is recessed but it is long, though I have a compact midface.
So CCW wont be good for me? If I get genio as well will it make my chin look even longer? I have a normal malocclusion

I can tell by the jaw his entire lower third is sloping back instead of meeting with his browridge.

Yup there are certain measurements that can indicate recessed jaws, one of them how far the chin is from the brow bone.

Ye they do all custom stuff, and 3D imaging, and custom cut guides.. the surgeon claims to be an expert at implants.

To be honest the orbs are gonna make the biggest impact..

It's not 190 degrees that's more or less impossible even fucked upp faces only have 130-150 with 141 being ideal.

141 is ideal, 145 is NOT ideal, @thecel has 147 and we've all seen his side.

Every good male face has 141 with decimal deviations NEVER breaking into the 140 or 142 range.
