I don't think you're frauding — besides the terrible lighting & contrast (fixed in the morph below) — but how do you expect us to debate if you're a bimax candidate without a side profile picture and/or a CBCT scan ?

From the front, the only visible issue is the lack of chin height. A vertical genioplasty or a chin implant could fix that.
In the morph below, your chin to philtrum ratio goes from ~1.9 (unideal) to ~2.2 (ideal) :

Based on that picture, no need for jaw angle implants. Your gonions look flared enough, with good volume and angularity. If you really want larger gonions, just do fillers (Radiesse / Juvéderm Volux).

The picture doesn't allow to assess your undereyes. Unless you have a negative orbital vector with deep hollows, infraorbital implants are probably not necessary. Fat grafting can correct mild hollows, darkening, and visible blood vessels. Maybe that's all you would need ... if even that.

Based on current scientific research, Neanderthals were at least as intelligent as Homo sapiens. They were chinlets though.
