How common it is to be telling by the surgeon for exemple 12mm of bimax advancement and then you wake up and he's only done 8mm ? Scammed 4mm in the ass
I know that bimax plan are not 100% accurate and it can be 1mm more or less max. But how and why and how rare it is for surgeons to change things like that while you're sleeping ?
