Bimax Surgeons High IQ users needed!!!

I have gotten very Intrested for a Bimax surgery because of sleep apnea and also aesthetics.And because i live in Switzerland it would be most comfortable to do the surgery in Switzerland and I have come across dr. Safi, dr. Sailer, dr. Brusco and esnault olivier. As i have gathered Safi and Sailer are very Aesthetics driven but also have way more Botches. Does it make sense for me to go to all of them for consultations or are the ones that you would never go to? Choosing which surgeon will perform on me will be the most important decision in my live. Also there is the option to go to Italy with Ramieri or Pagnoni, which both seem to have more experience. Please give me IQ responses

You're lucky, you live in a country with some of the top max facs in Europe.
You can't really go wrong with any of those names on your list.

Avoid Dr. Safi he has numerous botches. The nature of the botches also suggest less "one-offs" that we can expect from all surgeons but rather serious flaws in his mentality and design process.
I know a djs patient of his who is seeking revision. I also know someone who has revised his genioplasty.

There's this hilarious story on Reddit about some guy that travelled all the way from Australia for a consultation and who was accused by Safi of being a Looksmax.org user. He denied it and the secretary found his pictures and Safi told him to get out. JFL.

I recall that user and I went through his post history; it sounded like he was lying or otherwise being manipulative. It's unclear what went down between those two but at least in cases he actually performed on there were serious flaws.

I can't speak to that. I only know that Safi was apparently sued by a .org user for botching or accused of malpractice and ever since then Safi has been super defensive.

i actually had 3 and im gonna get djs. safi already botched some people in his short time of operating, giving them crossbites, permanent nerve damage, numb tongue. Sure lets just get a 3-4cm movement with 12 degree rotation!!!!!!
