any tips how to stop binge eating? my facial structure is fine, but my weight ruins my looks lol. i already go to a gym, but i cant stop eating slop, prolly from stress, any tips?

thats the thing, my family keeps buying it, even tho i asked them not to. i aint denying my fault, but it's not only my fault

I've dealt with binging, best things you can do is try not to let food control you and eat healthy , and if you do cheat on your diet usually its not even that bad but you end up thinking the day and ruined then completely destroy your deficit
