so in my head its all about percentiles being 99% in anythign is really difficult whether it be money or looks. so isnt it better to try capture the easy gains in the beginning lets say going 70% -> 90% percentile with low effort. and then try to do the same for another area. like the effort required to go from 90% -> 99% goes exponential

no i meant if supras, infras are bad then what cna be done for deep set eyes? i guess fat grafting on upper eyelid is the only thing?

also i must say why do people do fat grafting in upper eyes rather than filler?
1. fat can be assymertrical
2. its very very hard to remove
3. we dont even know how the finished result looks like until 2-3 months later when the fat has absorbed
4. you need to be a fat piece of shit which is a looksmin in the first place
