so in my head its all about percentiles being 99% in anythign is really difficult whether it be money or looks. so isnt it better to try capture the easy gains in the beginning lets say going 70% -> 90% percentile with low effort. and then try to do the same for another area. like the effort required to go from 90% -> 99% goes exponential

1. fat can be assymertrical
2. its very very hard to remove
3. we dont even know how the finished result looks like until 2-3 months later when the fat has absorbed
